Defendants’ Response To Our Appeal

Federal Court Judge White asked us to write another supplemental brief based on Obergefell v Hodges, the historic supreme court decision made June 2015 that removed states’ ban on same sex marriage. Now, the defendants will file a response. Supplemental Brief

Hearing for Friday August 7, 2015 at the Oakland, California Federal Building has been canceled or vacated by the Judge. He will issue ruling on motion to dismiss at some time in the future but has no time limit to do so at this time.
