California legislators have introduced AB 813 https://legiscan.com/CA/text/AB813/2025
expands the definition of housing to include mobile homes so they can evict more people specifically those convicted of prostitution. This is our chance to demand that prostitution be removed from the list reasons to evict people from housing all together!
Please submit your letter of opposition to AB 813 unless amended to remove prostitution from Section 798.56 1.(c)(1) all together. Here is our letter of which you can copy to personalize and submit.
